At Zynkio, we strive to ensure a seamless booking experience. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services booked through our platform.

3. Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a 100% refund. We may also offer a discount coupon for the inconvenience caused.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a service, you may raise a complaint within 48 hours of the appointment. Our support team will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • For UPI and wallet payments, refunds may be faster (1-3 business days).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership subscription fees (unless cancelled within the cooling-off period).
  • Completed services where no complaint was raised within 48 hours.
  • Gift cards and promotional credits.
