By accessing or using Zynkio("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Zynkio is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with beauty, salon, spa, and wellness service providers. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for services but do not directly provide beauty or wellness services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account of the same type.

4. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment partner.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must provide accurate business information and service descriptions.
  • Vendors are responsible for the quality of services provided to customers.
  • Vendors must maintain valid licenses and certifications as required by law.
  • Vendors agree to Zynkio's commission structure and payout terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Attempting to circumvent the platform for direct transactions.
  • Uploading malicious content or interfering with platform operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the property of Zynkio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zynkio acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. Our liability is limited to the fees collected by the platform for the specific transaction in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
